Upon enrolment, the Parent agrees to submit the payment equivalent to two week's fees (which covers the last two weeks of care), along with the required registration forms and immunization records. Fees for the month are billed bi-weekly. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or email money transfer. Cheques are made payable to the Child’s Paradise Day Care Centre and all payments must be provided to the Director within a week of recieving the bill.
Fees remain the same regardless of absence due to statutory holidays, holidays or illness.
Non payment, late payment and dishonoured cheques will, at the absolute discretion of the Centre, be deemed to be a breach of this agreement by the Parent, giving rise to the termination of services and withdrawal of the Child from the Centre.
Late Pick-Up Policy
The Centre closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parents are required to notify the Centre as soon as possible, if they are unable to arrive by closing time. If a child remains in the Centre past 6:00 p.m., a late fee of $1.00 per minute thereafter will be charged. Time will be calculated using clocks at the Centre. Violation of the late fee policy may, at the absolute discretion of the Centre, result in termination of childcare services. If a child is left past 6:00 without notification from parents, all attempts will be made to contact the parents and emergency contacts for immediate pick-up. If no contact can be made by 6:15, Police Services and/or Family and Children's Services will be notified.
