Dress Code Policy

 Staff of Child’s Paradise are required to dress in a manner appropriate for the work. Clothing needs to be clean and in good shape (i.e no rips, tears, stains), and well-fitted. Specifically, no halter-tops, tank tops are permitted if straps are 2-fingers wide, shorts need to go to end of fingertips when standing straight, no inappropriate logos or graphics on clothing. Open-toed shoes are permitted. *4 Bs Rule of Thumb: No back, no belly, no butt, no bossom*)

Expectations of children’s clothing is as follows: tops are to be a minimum of 2 fingers wide, shorts need to go to end of fingertips when standing straight, biker shorts are to be worn under short skirts, shoes are to be able to stay on feet while running/playing.
