Childcare Fees:
Effective November 16, 2009:
‘PREPAID CHILDCARE RATES’
- Toddler Program (18 months - 2.5 years old) $38.00/day
- Preschool Program (2.5 -5 years old) $37.00/day
- Kindergarten (4-5 years old) & School-Age (6-12 years old) $36.00/full day, $20.00/Before and After School, $13.00/before school only, $15.00 after school only
‘NON-PREPAID CHILDCARE RATES’
- Toddler Program (18 months - 2.5 years old) $41.00/day
- Preschool Program (2.5 -5 years old) $41.00/day
- Kindergarten (4-5 years old) & School-Age (6-12 years old) $40.00/full day, $20.00/Before and After School, $14.00/before school only, $16.00 after school only
Parents wishing to receive the ‘Prepaid Childcare Rates’ must make payment equivalent to two week's fees upon enrollment, to be held for last two weeks of care.
Childcare fees are based on scheduled enrolment and remain the same regardless of absence due to statutory holidays, holidays or illness.(Please refer to Parent Handbook of Policies and Procedures)
Upon enrolment, the Parent agrees to submit required registration, permission forms, and medical certification/immunization records. Parents then have a choice of receiving ‘Prepaid Childcare Rates’ or ‘Non-Prepaid Childcare Rates’.
Monthly childcare fees are then billed on the Friday mid-month. Cheques are made payable to the Child’s Paradise Day Care Centre and must be provided to the Director within a week of receiving the monthly childcare bill. Payment may aso be made by cash or or by other arrangements as mutually agreed between the Centre and the Parent.
